Baby & Toddler Club Collections, Returns, Refunds & Cancelations Policy

Our aim is to provide you with a great experience at a discounted price. Our team works hard to seek out these great deals, we will try to help you if there is an issue with your purchases.


You may return most new, unopened items sold by the Channel Islands Co-operative Baby & Toddler Club within 30 days of receipt.


You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of your return being authorised, (the time it takes a bank to refund can be between 5-10 days).


If you have a product that is eligible under a warranty you can always choose to exercise your rights under the warranty.


Exchanges: we may be able to offer an exchange products if we are unable to offer a replacement product then a refund will be issued (using the payment method used for purchase).

Collections/ Redemptions: Click & Collect.

  1. After a Baby & Toddler Club member has completed a purchase on CI-BabyClub.com they will receive an email as confirmation of the order placed.
  2. When the products are ready for collection an email notification confirming the order details and collection instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the account. 
  3. Each order placed that has been marked as ready for collection will be held for a period not exceeding 30 days. 
  4. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us either by email: info@ci-babyclub.com or call 01534 879822. 
  5. Failure to collect or advise us that you are not able to collect will result in your order being cancelled and refunded (30 days after order placed date).

  7. We will endeavour to do everything we can to assist customers with their purchases, in the case where a home delivery is required, due to the customer is unable to provide transportation of their purchase, Grand Marché St Helier Jersey & Grand Marché St Martin offer a home delivery service, but this will be an additional charge, this additional service will need to be made at the redemption point, but will not be guaranteed.

Refunds:

  1. We may issue you with a refund (using the payment method used for purchase); If we have made an error on the product; this includes where we have:
    1. issued a voucher for goods or services of an entirely different nature to those advertised; chosen to withdraw a Deal before the end of the redemption period;
    2. included an incorrect Deal term, or omitted a significant Deal term; or posted the Deal on our website in error.
    3. You have reason to believe that a technical error caused, or contributed to, the purchase or multiple purchases of vouchers, and where the request for refund is issued through the Baby & Toddler contact us page within 30 days of the date of purchase.
    4. We may issue a refund if you have not collected your order within 30 days of purchase.
  2. We will not issue refunds for the following circumstances:
    1. If you have previously submitted a payment chargeback request to your financial institution that we have accepted.
  3. Your request for a refund must be submitted through the Baby & Toddler Club Contact us page or at our redemption desks located in-store.
  4. Your refund request must:
    1. be sent from the email address that is on your Baby & Toddler Club account;
    2. include the Baby & Toddler Club Order Number, voucher code & key code;
    3. include a detailed description of your experience or issue; and be received by us within 30 days of completing the purchase.
  5. Where we issue a refund, it will be issued to the same payment method that you used to purchase your order.
  6. Any refund issued to you is not an admission of liability by The Channel Islands Co-operative Society.
  7. Where we conclude that a refund request is invalid, we may refuse the refund.

Your right to cancel:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item has been collected.


To return items please return it to the in-store collection desk where a member of our team will process your return and initiate the instruction for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of your return being authorised, (the time it takes a bank to refund can be between 5-10 days).

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
